Section 105 of the Contaminated
Land Management Act 1997 (CLM Act) allows the EPA to make or
approve guidelines for purposes connected with the objects of the
Act.

Storage Systems Guidelines
DECCW has finalised the
Guidelines for implementing the UPSS
Regulation. These detail how
to meet the requirements of the Regulation as well as promoting
industry best practice to minimise the risk of harm from UPSS to
human health and the environment.
